Wyatt Langford has already left the yard twice Saturday morning in Hoover. The Florida leadoff hitter launched solo home runs in each of his first 2 at-bats in the UF-Alabama elimination game.

Langford now has 23 home runs this season. The UF record for home runs in a season is 26.

In the top of the 2nd inning, Jake Leger relieved Alabama starter Garrett McMillan. Leger and the rest of the Crimson Tide hurlers will probably be advised to avoid pitching to Langford.

Lack of pitching depth in Round 4 of the SEC Tournament seems to be affecting both teams. It’s a 5-4 ball game through 2 innings. The game is airing on the SEC Network.
