Robert Hunt nearly scored the greatest big man touchdown ever for the Miami Dolphins

Robert Hunt had one of the great plays of the season, until it wasn’t.
Hunt rolled out, although ineligible as a receiver for the Miami Dolphins Thursday night against the Baltimore Ravens, and caught a desperation pass from Tua Tagovailoa that otherwise would have been a touchdown as he was hit, and lunged over the goal line.
Big man touchdowns are great on their own, but Hunt added the airborne element, even though it was flagged and called back.
“That’s the greatest thing I’ve ever seen,” FOX Sports analyst Troy Aikman said while watching a replay.
Hunt said after the game, “I saw the ball, and I didn’t want it to get intercepted, so I grabbed it and took off running with it.”
