Oklahoma head coach Lincoln Riley made it official on Monday: The Sooners will be without three players for Saturday’s Peach Bowl matchup vs. LSU.

During his Monday press conference in Atlanta, Riley confirmed that defensive lineman Ronnie Perkins, wide receiver Trejan Bridges and running back Rhamondre Stevenson won’t play Saturday. It had previously been reported that the trio had been suspended.

Riley didn’t go into detail behind the reasoning for the trio’s absence, telling the media that he “won’t air guys’ dirty laundry.” However, he confirmed those three players will be the only ones suspended. He wouldn’t confirm if they’ll be suspended for more than one game, although previous reports have stated they will be.

Perkins may be the biggest loss of the three, as he leads Oklahoma with six sacks this season while also ranking second on the team with 13.5 tackles for loss. The sophomore has 38 tackles in 13 games.

Stevenson has been a contributor on the Sooners’ offense, rushing for 515 yards and six touchdowns, while Bridges has played mostly on special teams.

Oklahoma and LSU are set to kick off on Saturday at 4 p.m. ET on ESPN.
