As most people know, Peyton and Eli Manning do commentary on Monday Night Football games on ESPN2. The duo has become so popular that many fans were clamoring for them to do the Tennessee and Ole Miss game a few weeks ago.

In their college careers, Peyton quarterbacked Tennessee and Eli was the quarterback for Ole Miss. The brothers made a bet that the brother whose alma mater lost that contest had to wear the winning team’s jersey that night and guess who had to pay off the bet Monday night? Peyton Manning.

The elder Manning had to go on TV with brother Eli’s No. 10 Ole Miss jersey, which was retired before the game against LSU on Saturday.

This of course delighted Rebels head coach Lane Kiffin who chimed in on Twitter with his thoughts.

Kiffin and the Rebels defeated the Tennessee Vols 31-26 in Knoxville, a game in which there was a 20-minute delay when fans threw garbage on the field after a call they disagreed with on fourth down in the closing minutes.
