Laremy Tunsil is once again the highest-paid tackle in NFL history. The former Ole Miss lineman has landed a new megadeal with the Houston Texans.

According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Media, Tunsil’s new deal is for 3 years and worth up to $75 million. Two-thirds of that value is fully guaranteed.

Tunsil has played in Houston for the past 4 seasons. With the Texans, he has been selected to the Pro Bowl in 2019, 2020 and 2022. In 2021, Tunsil was limited to just 5 games due to thumb surgery.

Tunsil played 3 seasons at Ole Miss (2013-15). He was an All-SEC selection all 3 years, making the first team his last 2 seasons. After his Rebels career, Tunsil was selected by the Miami Dolphins No. 13 overall in the 2016 NFL Draft. Tunsil played his first 3 professional seasons with the Dolphins, making the PFWA’s All-Rookie Team in 2016.
