The state of Alabama is absolutely taking the life out of Ole Miss.

Over the past two weeks, the Rebels have been outscored 101-6 by Alabama and Auburn.

The Rebels were trailing 35-3 at halftime of their game at Auburn on Saturday. Last week, Alabama defeated Ole Miss 66-3.

Moreover, Ole Miss’ defense has been totally terrorized by those Alabama teams. The offense has moved the ball (somewhat), but the defense has been gashed.

Against Alabama, Ole Miss allowed 613 total yards. Auburn had put up 391 yards in the first half as of this article’s publish time.

It’s a tough time to be a Rebels fan, but at least Ole Miss fans can take solace in the fact they aren’t the only team from Mississippi getting destroyed by Alabama teams.

Last week, Auburn beat Mississippi State 49-10, so really it’s a statewide thing.
