The New England Patriots appear to have two former SEC wide receivers on their radar. ESPN’s Field Yates reported that New England worked out four free-agent wideouts, including Travin Dural and Justin Hunter.

Dural, a former LSU wide receiver, signed with the New Orleans Saints as an undrafted free agent in May 2017. He landed on the Saints practice squad that September after roster cuts. Dural signed a reserve/futures deal for 2018, but suffered a broken humerus in training camp and was placed on injured reserve. New Orleans waived the ex-Tiger last month.

Hunter, a second-team All-SEC wideout in 2012 at Tennessee, has been in the league since 2013. He was a second-round pick by the Tennessee Titans and played there for three seasons (2013-15). Since then, Hunter has bounced around, playing in Buffalo, Miami and Pittsburgh. He is a free agent after not being re-signed by the Steelers. Hunter has played in 60 games (19 starts) and has logged 85 catches for 1,349 yards and 13 touchdowns. He played in five games last season, snagging three catches for 21 yards.
