As of Sunday morning, 5 SEC teams remain undefeated — Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Auburn and LSU.
In former Florida State QB-turned-analyst Danny Kanell’s latest top 8 rankings, 4 of those SEC teams are mentioned. As you can see below, Alabama, Auburn, LSU and Georgia all make the cut:

Where are undefeated Ohio State and Oklahoma, you ask? Seems like a couple of very notable omissions. Don’t worry, Kanell has an explanation for why they’re left out:

Oklahoma hosts Texas Tech next weekend and Ohio State plays at Nebraska, so perhaps we’ll see some more competition from those opponents.
