Stop us if you’ve heard this one before, but the SEC produced the most picks in the NFL Draft once again.
From Thursday night through Saturday, the 2022 NFL Draft took place in Las Vegas, and it was once again the SEC leading the way in picks. It gives the conference the most picks in the draft for an amazing 16 years running.
Additionally, the SEC tied its own record with 65 draft picks in this year’s draft. That performance included the top overall draft pick in Travon Walker, 5 Georgia defenders coming off the board in the first round, and a modern-era record 15 picks from Georgia.
