For all the talk about how tough the SEC regular season schedule is, some non-conference schedules are usually light.

For 2019 specifically, ESPN’s Chris Low recently ranked the 10 easiest non-conference schedules. Four SEC programs were listed: Arkansas, Kentucky, Alabama and Tennessee.

It’s notable that Low ranked Baylor as having the easiest non-conference schedule in the country.

Although the College Football Selection committee will certainly take note, it’s unlikely to affect these teams’ bowl positioning, assuming they take care of business. Of the four, only Alabama is the real CFP contender, too.
