ESPN experts update their bowl projections after Week 13 SEC action

There’s only one week left in the 2019 regular season — one last chance for teams to either gain bowl eligibility or improve their bowl slot.

This week, ESPN experts Kyle Bonagura and Mark Schlabach updated their bowl projections, and 10 SEC teams were included.

Both had LSU making the College Football Playoff. Here’s where they see the other SEC squads ending up:

Alabama

  • Bonagura: Sugar Bowl vs. Oklahoma
  • Schlabach: Sugar Bowl vs. Baylor

Auburn

  • Bonagura: Citrus Bowl vs. Wisconsin
  • Schlabach: Citrus Bowl vs. Minnesota

Florida

  • Bonagura: Cotton Bowl vs. Memphis
  • Schlabach: Cotton Bowl vs. Memphis

Georgia

  • Bonagura: Orange Bowl vs. Virginia
  • Schlabach: Orange Bowl vs. Virginia Tech

Kentucky

  • Bonagura: Music City Bowl vs. Pitt
  • Schlabach: Music City Bowl vs. Miami

LSU

  • Bonagura: Peach Bowl (CFP) vs. Utah
  • Schlabach: Peach Bowl (CFP) vs. Oklahoma

Mississippi State

  • Bonagura: Texas Bowl vs. Iowa State
  • Schlabach: Belk Bowl vs. Wake Forest

Mizzou

  • Bonagura: Belk Bowl vs. Virginia Tech
  • Schlabach: Gator Bowl vs. Iowa

Tennessee

  • Bonagura: Gator Bowl vs. Michigan
  • Schlabach: Outback Bowl vs. Penn State

Texas A&M

  • Bonagura: Outback Bowl vs. Penn State
  • Schlabach: Texas Bowl vs. Texas
