A fan suffered a heart attack during the final play of Michigan State’s shocking 27-23 victory at Michigan on Saturday, according to ESPN’s Dan Murphy:

Eye witnesses say emergency personnel struggled to get to the fan amidst a sold-out crowd of 100,000-plus at Michigan Stadium. The Spartans secured a win on the last play when Jalen Watts-Jackson scooped up an ill-timed fumble by Michigan punter Blake O’Neill who was being harassed by a rush.
