The Georgia vs. Tennessee game led TV ratings across the country for Week 12.

The game in Neyland Stadium garnished 6.823 million viewers at its peak. It was the most-watched Week 12 game in 4 years and was up 28% from last year’s most-watched Week 12 game.

Unfortunately for viewers, it wasn’t exactly a thrilling game. Tennessee went up early on the first drive, but after that Georgia dominated the game and it ended up being a blowout.

The Michigan-Maryland game was the second most-watched game of the week with 5.43 million viewers, according to Sports Media Watch. Washington vs. Oregon State was the third most-watched game with 4.73 million viewers. The only other SEC matchup that made the top-10 was the Missouri vs. Florida game with 2.27 million viewers.

It’s safe to say the Week 13 rivalry games will draw major viewership this Saturday. Michigan will take on Ohio State in The Game, Auburn and Alabama will face off in the Iron Bowl and several other teams will battle it out with their rivals.
