Josiah Brown is the top 2024 recruit from the state of New York, according to the 247Sports rankings.

Now, like many elite 2024 prospects, he’s narrowing down his list of top schools, releasing his top 10 on Monday.

As you can see, the 4-star ATH took to Twitter to reveal that a pair of SEC programs — South Carolina and Georgia — had cracked his top 10:

Those 2 SEC teams will compete with Michigan, Notre Dame, Nebraska, Miami, Duke, Syracuse, Penn State and Rutgers for Brown’s services in 2024 and beyond.

Per the 247Sports composite rankings, Brown is the No. 16 athlete in the class of 2024 and the No. 1 overall recruit from the state of New York.
