Kiandrea Barker is one of the top running backs in the 2025 recruiting class. Like many elite 2025 recruits, he’s starting to narrow down his list of top schools.

This week, the native of The Woodlands, Texas, took to Twitter to reveal the top 5 programs he was still considering for his commitment.

As you can see below, a pair of SEC schools — Ole Miss and Mississippi State — are listed in Barker’s top 5:

Those 2 SEC schools will compete with Florida State and Miami out of the ACC and Penn State out of the Big Ten for Barker’s services in 2025 and beyond.

Per the 247Sports rankings, Barker is the No. 68 overall recruit in the 2025 class, the No. 9 running back and the No. 18 overall recruit from the state of Texas.
