The Southeastern Conference is headed for a massive weekend of college basketball action as two teams at the top of the standings tough matchups on the road on Saturday.
As well as Kentucky has been playing in recent weeks, if the Wildcats don’t finish strong, they could enter the 2019 SEC Basketball Tournament with the No. 3 seed — especially if they fall on the road at Tennessee on Saturday. On the flip side, if Kentucky wins, it will move closer to winning the regular season league title.
If the Vols do win this weekend and LSU falls on the road at Alabama, Tennessee will move into the pole position in the league.
