A month into the season is a good time to reflect on the penality figures from around the Southeastern Conference.

Interestingly enough, the two schools from Mississippi lead the SEC in fewest penalties after four weeks of play in 2019. It’s also noteworthy that arguably the SEC’s biggest surprise team, Auburn, has had the most infractions on the field after the first month of the season.
