Pro Football Focus's latest first-round 2020 NFL Mock Draft features 16 SEC players
The 2020 NFL Draft is still a few months away, but players are already starting to jockey for position in the draft order.
On Wednesday, Pro Football Focus released a new Round 1 NFL Mock Draft, and it included a whopping 16 SEC players.
As you can see below, LSU QB Joe Burrow has risen all the way to No. 1 in this latest projection:
- No. 1 — Joe Burrow, QB, LSU — Cincinnati Bengals
- No. 5 — Andrew Thomas, OL, Georgia — New York Jets
- No. 6 — Jerry Jeudy, WR, Alabama — Jacksonville Jaguars
- No. 7 — Alex Leatherwood, OL, Alabama — Cleveland Browns
- No. 9 — Derrick Brown, DL, Auburn — New York Giants
- No. 10 — Tua Tagovailoa, QB, Alabama — Los Angeles Chargers
- No. 11 — Grant Delpit, S, LSU — Tennessee Titans
- No. 12 — Kristian Fulton, CB, LSU — Tampa Bay Buccaneers
- No. 18 — Javon Kinlaw, DL, South Carolina — Indianapolis Colts
- No. 19 — Henry Ruggs III, WR, Alabama — Oakland Raiders
- No. 21 — CJ Henderson, CB, Florida — Philadelphia Eagles
- No. 24 — Jake Fromm, QB, Georgia — Minnesota Vikings
- No. 26 — D’Andre Swift, RB, Georgia — Buffalo Bills
- No. 28 — Jedrick Wills Jr., OL, Alabama — Seattle Seahawks
- No. 29 — Trevon Diggs, CB, Alabama — Kansas City Chiefs
- No. 32 — Raekwon Davis, DL, Alabama — New England Patriots
I would be shocked to see Albert O. slip out of the first round. He’s fast, big, can run great routes and has a TD for ever four catches he has. I think he needs to be on this list
I would expect that NE would take him over Davis if O both are available.
The Patriots might take a different DL or an OL, but they don’t draft tight ends in the first round.
Fromm in the 1st would be a stretch.
I predict he comes back to win it all and doesn’t win it all.
