Big-time scholarship offers have been rolling in lately for Humble, Texas tight end Landen King. The Atascocita standout recently revealed that he has a top 10 among his 26 offers.

Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina and Georgia are featured along with Arizona State, Oklahoma State, Oregon, Penn State, Texas and Washington in a graphic shared on King’s Twitter account. While King is currently rated 3-stars, the No. 38 tight end, No. 104 Texas product and No. 808 prospect overall nationally in the 2021 class on the 247Sports Composite, his stock appears to be on the rise. Offers from the four SEC teams mentioned above (plus Auburn) as well as Arizona State, Oregon and Penn State were all made within the last two weeks, according to his recruiting timeline. The offer list certainly suggests coaches are higher on him than the evaluators at recruiting websites.

While 247Sports rates King as a tight end, the 6-5, 210-pounder calls himself a WR/TE in the graphic featuring his top 10 (below). King was named all-district first-team last season as an H-back, logging 53 receptions for 853 yards and 9 touchdowns.
