SEC Network analyst tweets takeaways for every SEC team following Week 6 action
It was a wild Saturday of SEC action and the weekend isn’t over yet.
Georgia and South Carolina are set to play this afternoon to finish off the week’s games, but they’ll have a tough act to follow after yesterday’s Tennessee-Texas A&M ending.
SEC Network analyst Booger McFarland hopped on Twitter early Sunday morning to share his thoughts on all the teams that played (and a pair of teams that didn’t).
Here’s what he thought:
Bama-best defense in America, pass rush is salty, Rb by committee is lethal, Hurts using his legs continues to be the X factor, good road win

Auburn- dont look now they r getting good, running game was a beast, defense continues to b really good, White very good game manager

Miss St- softest performance i have seen under Mullen. defense didnt wanna play in 1st half, Fitz continues to try and do it all, bad loss

Texas AM- 2nd best team in the SEC, running game is ferocious with the zone read, Williams and Knight are the key, a "little" soft on run d
— Booger (@ESPNBooger) October 9, 2016
Tenn- too many turnovers, too many injuries, and Dobbs decision making throwing the football was their downfall, still a good team though
— Booger (@ESPNBooger) October 9, 2016
Kentucky-running game by committee effective, defense has improved the last few weeks only giving up 10,27,13 points Still alive for Bowl
— Booger (@ESPNBooger) October 9, 2016
Vandy- continues to shoot itself in the foot, defense cant do anymore, its like watching a slow death offensively every week
— Booger (@ESPNBooger) October 9, 2016
LSU/Florida- play the game, everyone stop complaining and play football the integrity of the SEC is at stake
