The latest preseason All-American team for 2017 has a very heavy SEC slant.

Posted Wednesday morning by Bill Bender of Sporting News, the Southeastern Conference has 13 total representatives from the list. Alabama leads the way with six selections, while Auburn and LSU both have two selections apiece. While the Crimson Tide may have more overall selections, LSU is the only SEC school with multiple selections on the All-American First Team ballot.

Interestingly enough, the only representative from the SEC East comes from Kentucky, as linebacker Jordan Jones made second team honors.
