The coaching carousel started early this season with Rutgers firing Chris Ash and now the first NFL team of the season has fired its coach as the Washington Redskins let go of Jay Gruden following the team’s 0-5 start.

Gruden led Washington to a 35-49-1 overall record during his time with the franchise and just one playoff berth and was coming off a 33-7 loss to New England before his firing on Sunday evening.

Following every coaching change, it doesn’t take long for betting odds to be released for the next man up on the job and SportsBetting.ag was the first to release odds for the next head coach in Washington. Several NFL veterans and assistants may top the list that SportsBetting.ag drew up, but under the lead candidates, many current college coaches populate the list.

Here are the three coaches from the league listed, as well as their current odds to take over in Washington:

  • Guz Malzahn 50-1
  • Jimbo Fisher 100-1
