Willie Taggart getting ripped for Florida State's late collapse
Leading 17-10 after three quarters of Saturday’s meeting at Scott Stadium in Charlottesville, Willie Taggart’s Florida State Seminoles were outscored, 21-7, in the fourth quarter resulting in a 31-24 loss.
The loss sends Florida State to 1-2 on the season. The one victory was a 45-44 overtime triumph over Louisiana-Monroe.
On the heels of a 5-7 debut season in 2018, Taggart is now 6-9 at the helm in Tallahassee.
This poor record, combined with his team’s habit of imploding in the second half, has led to fans and critics alike ripping Taggart on Twitter.

This is the disaster that was Florida State’s final play. If you can explain that … go right ahead. pic.twitter.com/8YySFPdSM8

Man, I hope Willie Taggart doesn’t search his name on Twitter. Noles are fed up.
