South Carolina doesn’t yet have a statement win in 2021. But that could change Saturday night.

The Gamecocks are on the road taking on No. 17 Texas A&M, and if they can pull out a win at Kyle Field, it would be an upset and mark their biggest victory of the season. South Carolina enters the matchup at 4-3 after taking down Vanderbilt at home last week.

A few hours before Saturday’s game, the Gamecocks revealed that they’ll be wearing their traditional away uniforms with garnet helmets, white jerseys and garnet pants:

South Carolina has never won against Texas A&M. The Aggies lead the all-time series, 7-0, having defeated the Gamecocks each of the past 7 years. Over the past 2 meetings, South Carolina has been outscored, 78-9.

If the Gamecocks are going to fare better this year, they’ll need to play better than they did last week. South Carolina barely pulled out a win over Vandy, needing a late touchdown to notch a 21-20 victory.

South Carolina and Texas A&M are set to kick off on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. ET on SEC Network.
