Army wide receiver Isaiah Alston deserves a salute for one of the most amazing catches of the college football season.

The 6-4, 195-pound sophomore stretched vertically and climbed the ladder for a 1-handed grab against UMass on Saturday:

Yup, that one is definitely making SportsCenter’s Top 10 plays.

The Carteret, New Jersey, native entered the game with 15 receptions for 246 yards and a touchdown with an average of 16.4 yards per catch. Alston’s best game this season was when he tallied 7 receptions for 123 yards and a touchdown in Army’s 45-10 loss at Wake Forest on Oct. 8.

For his career, Alston has recorded 39 receptions for 742 yards and 4 touchdowns.

Army has a 4-6 record this season. Army most recently defeated UConn 34-17 to snap a 2-game losing streak. Army running back Braheam Murphy rushed for 124 yards and a touchdown, while Tyhier Tyler ran for 70 yards and 2 scores.

Army will conclude the regular season on Dec. 10 with its annual rivalry game against Navy.
