Former Texas A&M Aggies QB Kyle Allen is not off to a great start at Houston.

The former 5-star recruit arrived at A&M in 2014 and played well in two seasons there. Allen threw for 3,532 yards and 33 TDs with the Aggies, but he decided to transfer out of the program.

Allen transferred to Houston where he won the starting job to begin 2017. He did play terribly to start the year with 751 yards passing and four touchdowns over the first three games. He did throw four interceptions over those three games, and it appears Houston has decided to make a change a QB.

Thor Nystrom reported on Twitter that Allen was not the starter for Saturday’s game:

It will be interesting to see if this is a true switch or if Allen will get another shot at the job.
