Johnny Manziel claims he was paid around 30 cents per signature by autograph dealer after winning Heisman Trophy
What was it like to be Johnny Manziel during his college playing career?
It wasn’t as glamorous or as high profile as you would probably imagine.
During a recent appearance on the Bussin’ With The Boys Podcast, Manziel claims he was paid $3,000 to sign around 10,000 autographs.
That math comes out to 30 cents per autograph, if Manziel is accurately describing what occurred during the exchange.
During the interview, the Aggie legend notes that he never took any money until after winning his Heisman Trophy.
