Texas A&M’s regular home jerseys the past few years have had 2 white stripes on the shoulders, silver facemasks and “Texas A&M” in small print above the numbers on the chest.

However, there is an alternate Aggie home uniform that ditches the stripes, uses a white facemask and has “Texas A&M” in larger print.

As you can see below, QB Kellen Mond teased on Twitter that the latter uniform combination could soon become the normal Aggie home look:

Then, new A&M AD Ross Bjork got in on the action, responding coyly on Twitter to the day’s talk about A&M’s uniforms:

So, does this mean we’ll see the Aggies in their alternate look more often this fall? We’ll find out if and when they take the field for the 2020 season.
