Mike Evans has had an up-and-down season for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2020, but he’s certainly making an impact on Sunday against Carolina.

With the Bucs trailing 17-10 in the first half, Tom Brady found Evans in the back of the end zone for this beautiful catch over a Panthers defender:

This turned out to be a pivotal moment in the game. From here on out, Tampa separated itself to the tune of 22 unanswered points. That spurt included a 98-yard touchdown run from Ronald Jones.

Despite having a relatively offseason by his standards, that was Evans’ eighth touchdown of the season. That matches his total from the previous two years and is the most he’s had since 2016.

Tampa Bay leads Carolina 32-23 early in the fourth quarter.
