Tennessee loses commitment from one of top players in 2017 class

Just one day after welcoming the 2016 signing class, Butch Jones already has a recruiting concern for the 2017 class.
It appears as though four-star WR Tee Higgins from nearby Oak Ridge, Tenn. has decided to open up his recruitment after previously committing to the Vols.
Here is the note that he posted to Twitter on Thursday evening detailing his decision:

There is still plenty of time for the Vols to regain position on the 6-5 wide receiver, but there will be plenty of competition from many of college football’s national powers.
