Jerry Stackhouse's Vanderbilt basketball program lands pair of elite commitments
Jerry Stackhouse’s Vanderbilt basketball program landed a pair of huge commitments from Texas on Wednesday night. Greenhill School standouts Lee Dort and Noah Shelby are each taking their talents up to Nashville.
Dort, a center prospect listed at 6-9, 240, pounds is rated the No. 59 prospect overall in the class of 2022 on the industry-generated 247Sports Composite which factors the rankings of multiple services. On 247Sports, he is a 5-star prospect.
Shelby is listed at 6-2, 175 pounds and rated the No. 104 overall recruit on the Composite.
With Knoxville Catholic product Presley Patterson also on board, Vanderbilt’s 2022 recruiting class is ranked No. 1 in the SEC and No. 3 nationally on the Composite.
