The man behind Vanderbilt football’s viral sorority video was charged in a Fourth of July drone incident, according to The Tennessean.

Junior TE Sam Dobbs (Douglasville, Ga.) was charged with misdemeanor reckless endangerment when he flew a drone over a massive Nashville crowd on July 4. According to the report, Dobbs landed his drone at First Avenue and Gay Street during Nashville’s Let Freedom Ring Celebration, and he will be¬†punished internally by head coach Derek Mason.

Dobbs played in 13 games last season and caught six passes for 73 yards and one touchdown.

As of Saturday morning, Dobbs’ sorority parody video has 516,536 views, and he’s produced several videos on his YouTube channel.
