Williams was a key part of what was considered one of the best defensive fronts ever for Nick Saban. In the 15 games this season, Williams registered 10.5 sacks and 12.5 tackles for loss. He was recruited as a four-star defensive prospect from Baton Rouge, La.

It’s been reported that Williams received a draft grade of late first round or second round from the NFL Draft Advisory Committee. Even with Williams name pulled, plan to hear the names of Alabama players several times on the opening night of the NFL Draft on April 28, 2016.
