SEC commissioner Greg Sankey draws cheers from crowd at Alabama's championship celebration
To say new SEC commissioner Greg Sankey was proud of his first conference football national title as the league’s head man is probably an understatement.
Sankey was in attendance for Alabama’s national championship parade and celebration in Tuscaloosa on Saturday, and he was a crowd pleaser.

And he didn’t let the fans down, dropping this line:
SEC Commish @GregSankey said he spent the offseason talking to people who wondered if the SEC was still the best. "No one is wondering now."

It’s a good day to be a SEC football fan, and an even better one to be an Alabama fan.
