Auburn’s 56-3 blowout win over Arkansas was used in an Apple launch event for the new MacBook Pro on Thursday.
That shouldn’t come to much of a surprise, though. Apple CEO Tim Cook was born in Mobile, Al. and he earned a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from Auburn University in 1982.
Needless to say, he was rather pleased with the Tigers’ performance last week when they totaled 632 yards of offense (543 rushing) en route of their third SEC win of the season.
Auburn (5-2, 3-1) will play at Ole Miss (3-4, 1-3) Saturday evening at 7:15 p.m. ET.
