Auburn hasn’t been reluctant to show off its $13.9 million construction project at Jordan-Hare Stadium, one that includes college football’s largest video board.
The Tigers have advertised the installment through some well-placed media tours and construction photos, likely hoping to draw attention from recruits and fans in the process.
Auburn already has practiced with the board turned on to acclimate to it as a potential distraction. On Wednesday night, the university tested the video board under a cloak of darkness for the first time. Several outlets captured the event, including AL.com (see above).

There may be a few residents of the good town of Auburn who believe they’ve been transported to Alaska temporarily.
Don't get confused, Auburn. That bright light you see is in fact the sun and not the video board in Jordan-Hare
