Here's what Gus Malzahn said after Auburn's Week 4 win over LSU
Auburn defeated LSU, 18-13, after a would-be touchdown reception was called off following a booth review.
Officials ruled that quarterback Danny Etling had not snapped the ball before the clock ran out, which overturned the call and gave Auburn the victory.
Head coach Gus Malzahn managed to earn a crucial victory after spending his first three weeks of 2016 on the hot seat. His decision to allow offensive coordinator Rhett Lashlee to handle play calling duties paid off, which he revealed will continue for the remainder of the season during his postgame press conference.
Here’s what else Malzahn said after Auburn’s victory.
Malzahn: "Daniel's the best kicker in college football." That's not even an opinion, folks, that's just a hard fact.
