The Florida Gators look to build a winning streak this weekend as they travel to Nashville, Tenn., to face the Vanderbilt Commodores.

Before the two teams face off this Saturday night, here are some good and bad numbers for the Gators.

The Good

60: rushing attempts by the Gators last week. Florida had no mystery in its offensive game plan against Georgia. They only threw it six times, including just once in the second half. Florida’s run-only mentality paid off big time as they gained 418 yards on the ground in a 38-20 win.

17: sacks in SEC games. Florida is third in the conference with 17 sacks in SEC play. Younger players like Bryan Cox and Alex McAlister have stepped up the most in this area. It’ll be interesting to see how Florida works to contain Vanderbilt’s mobile quarterback Johnny McCrary this weekend.

75: points scored by the Gators with Treon Harris under center. Keep in mind, this is just in four appearances this season. Two of those games were fourth-quarter only and he split time with Driskel against Missouri. Under Driskel, the Gators scored just 98 points this season.

The Bad

6: pass attempts against UGA. Although the run-heavy offense worked against the ‘Dawgs, it’s highly unlikely that the Gators could utilize the same strategy and win out. At some point, they’ll need to unleash Harris’ arm and let him sling the football around.

7: touchdowns in last two games for Johnny McCrary. The QB position at Vandy this season has been a revolving door, but the Commodores seem to have finally found their man. McCrary is just a redshirt freshman, but he’s on a bit of a hot streak and his dual-threat ability can be dangerous for the Gators’ defense.

3: total losses needed by UGA and Mizzou. For Florida to win the SEC East, the Gators will likely need a 3-way tie in order to come out on top. As long as UGA loses one game and Mizzou loses two of its last three (with one loss coming against Tennessee) Florida will be the SEC East champion. Sounds simple, right?
