Report: Former Florida RB Mike Gillislee will be inactive for AFC Championship Game
Former Florida RB Mike Gillislee is not expected to play in Sunday’s AFC Championship Game.
According to a report by ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Gillislee will be inactive for New England’s conference championship clash with Jacksonville on Sunday due to a knee injury. The former Gator is in his fifth year in the NFL and first with the Patriots. In the regular season, Gillislee recorded 104 carries for 383 yards and five touchdowns as part of New England’s running back rotation.
The Patriots and Jaguars play at 3:05 on CBS.
