Losing a highly rated in-state prospect to a flip is no fun, but adding another 4-star in-state prospect to the class the next day helps to ease the burn.
On Thursday, Louisville, Ky. ILB Jared Casey announced his pledge to Kentucky. The Ballard product is a 4-star recruit, rated the No. 7 prospect in Kentucky, No. 20 at inside linebacker and No. 322 overall nationally on the 247Sports Composite.
Casey becomes the highest-rated UK pledge for 2019, a class of 21 commits. Check out his highlights below:
