Video: LSU DE sets Tigers weight room record for power clean

There have been a lot of strong defensive linemen to play for LSU through the years, but none quite like senior end Lewis Neal.

You see, he now owns the program’s weight room record for the power clean with an utterly impressive 391-pound mark. LSU posted the record-breaking video to Twitter on Tuesday morning:

Mama, there goes that man.

Neal (6-foot-2, 265 pounds) recorded 43 tackles (8.5 for loss) with seven sacks and a forced fumble in 12 starts for the Tigers during the 2015 season.
