Las Vegas unveiled a rather interesting line for this weekend’s upcoming game between Missouri and Kentucky. According to Odds Shark, Mizzou is a 4.5-point favorite over UK:

Both teams appear to be trending in opposite directions. Barry Odom’s team has lost its last three games — including a 51-45 defeat this past Saturday to Middle Tennessee. In the three defeats, Missouri’s defense has given up an average of 44.3 points.

As for Kentucky, the Wildcats have won four of their past five games. UK has seemingly found a good rhythm on offense with signal-caller Stephen Johnson. In the narrow two-point victory against Mississippi State this past weekend, he threw for 292 yards and two touchdowns.

It’s a bit surprising to see Mizzou as a favorite. However, the oddsmakers must like the Tigers’ chances playing at home on Faurot Field.
