Ole Miss-Memphis broadcast will be decided by hockey game

ESPN is in tricky situation trying to prepare for the Ole Miss vs. Memphis game this Saturday.
The network has the meeting between the Rebels and Tigers listed as being broadcasted on either ESPN2 or SEC Network Alternate, a drastic difference in potential viewership and accessibility.
The Worldwide Leader’s issue appears to be a commitment to the World Cup of Hockey.

The World Cup of Hockey’s championship series, between Team Europe and Team Canada, is currently scheduled for Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. If the Saturday game is needed, it will be shown on ESPN2. Hopefully everything is wrapped up on Thursday.
Ole Miss vs. Memphis is set for a 6 p.m. CT kickoff in Oxford.
