Laremy Tunsil announces he's selling NFT of his infamous gas mask bong video
Laremy Tunsil, a former Ole Miss star offensive lineman, went viral ahead of the 2016 NFL Draft, and not in a good way.
Only moments before the draft started, a video of Tunsil using a gas mask bong made the rounds, causing him to fall out of contention for a top 5 pick all the way to No. 13 overall.
But, ahead of the 2022 NFL Draft, Tunsil is taking control back over that embarrassing moment. He announced on Twitter on Wednesday that he was creating an NFT of the infamous gas mask bong video:
I'm officially moving on and putting this moment in the past.
I'm minting a 1 of 1 NFT of the infamous gas mask video to be listed. A portion of the proceeds will benefit @lastprisonerprj which supports those incarcerated for cannabis offenses.— Laremy Tunsil (@KingTunsil78) April 27, 2022
He will use a portion of the proceeds to benefit an organization that helps those in prison due to marijuana offenses.
I'm looking toward and excited for the future and am grateful for all of those that supported me on my draft night and those that have and will continue to support my journey!

Tunsil currently plays for the Houston Texans and is widely considered one of the top offensive linemen in the NFL.
