What’s one thing Terry Bowden and Urban Meyer have in common? They are the only SEC coaches to win at least 20 consecutive games since the league adopted divisions in 1992.

Alabama, LSU and Tennessee are next in line with double digit milestones.

Florida’s 22-game winning streak is the longest in the span. Inspired by Tim Tebow’s promise after a surprising loss to Ole Miss early in 2008, the Gators’ streak began with a win at Arkansas. They kept winning, finishing that year with a BCS National Championship win over Oklahoma.

Tebow, the Heisman winner in 2007, had a combined 42 touchdowns passing and rushing to go with more than 3,400 combined yards. And the trio of Chris Rainey, Jeff Demps and Percy Harvin combined for more than 1,900 rushing yards and 21 scores, while Harvin added 644 receiving yards for a combined 17 TDs himself.

The Gators’ streak continued 12 games into the 2009 season until the SEC Championship Game loss to Alabama, a rematch of the 2008 title game.

Auburn started its 20-game winning streak by going 11-0 in 1993. Quarterback Stan White topped 2,000 yards passing and James Bostic added 1,205 yards and 12 touchdowns on the ground. Though NCAA probation prevented Auburn from playing in the postseason, and the program suffered reduced scholarships, the Tigers’ season will be remembered for that high-scoring offense that topped 30 points in eight games. The streak spilled over to the ’94 season when Auburn started 9-0 before a 23-23 tie against Georgia, then a 21-14 loss in the Iron Bowl.

Here’s a look at each SEC team’s longest winning streak (and how it ended) from 1992-2015:
