National Signing Day is less than 24 hours away, but many of the nation’s most talented recruits remain unclaimed on the eve of the biggest recruiting day of the year.

Among those uncommitted prospects, many are considering at least one SEC school as their decision day draws closer. Saturday Down South took a closer look at the SEC’s top 10 uncommitted prospects to evaluate which top-flight talents might be starring throughout the conference in 2015 and beyond.

NOTE: The 247SportsESPN 300 and Scout prospect rankings were all considered when forming this list.

1. Martez Ivey, Apopka, Fla.

  • Considering: Florida, Auburn
  • National Rank: No. 2 247Sports; No. 3 ESPN300; No. 3 Scout
  • The Skinny: Ivey is a bookend left tackle who can anchor an offensive line at the college level. The central Florida native has narrowed his choices to Florida and Auburn, opting to decide between new Gators head coach Jim McElwain and the fast-paced spread rushing attack on the plains.

2. Byron Cowart, Seffner, Fla.

  • Considering: Florida, Auburn
  • National Rank: No. 3 247Sports; No. 1 ESPN300; No. 8 Scout
  • The Skinny: Cowart is a menacing pass rusher who impressed during All-America practices and the Under Armour All-America game last month. Like Ivey, the Florida native will decide between the Gators and Auburn on Wednesday.

3. Iman Marshall, Long Beach, Calif.

  • Considering: USC, LSU, Michigan, Florida State, Notre Dame, UCLA, Oregon
  • National Rank: No. 4 247Sports; No. 4 ESPN300; No. 7 Scout
  • The Skinny: Marshall is the best defensive back in the 2015 class yet to be claimed, and although the California native is looking primarily at Pac 12 schools (USC is considered the favorite to land him at this time) he’s not dropped LSU and new defensive coordinator Kevin Steele from his list.

4. CeCe Jefferson, Glen Saint Mary, Fla.

  • Considering: Florida, Ole Miss, LSU, Auburn, Alabama
  • National Rank: No. 7 247Sports; No. 9 ESPN300; No. 13 Scout
  • The Skinny: Jefferson has been active on social media during his recruitment process, humoring the fan bases of a number of SEC programs. He’s no longer considering any schools outside the conference, and although he admitted he’s made his decision he won’t be revealing that decision until signing day.

5. Terry Beckner Jr., East St. Louis, Ill.

  • Considering: Missouri, Ohio State, Auburn, Florida State
  • National Rank: No. 13 247Sports; No. 2 ESPN300; No. 40 Scout
  • The Skinny: Missouri, which has arguably produced as much defensive line talent as any program in the nation during the last handful of years, made an aggressive push to land Beckner during his visit to Columbia last weekend. He’s also considering Auburn and new defensive coordinator Will Muschamp, as well as 2014 playoff participants Ohio State and Florida State.

6. Daylon Mack, Gladwater, Texas

  • Considering: Texas A&M, TCU, Texas
  • National Rank: No. 14 247Sports; No. 6 ESPN 300; No. 11 Scout
  • The Skinny: Mack, a Texas native, is only considering schools from the Lone Star State, including Texas A&M and new defensive coordinator John Chavis. After speaking to him at Under Armour practices last month, he seemed very fond of Chavis but also seemed very fond of TCU and head coach Gary Patterson. However, that was a month ago, and a lot can change in that amount of time.

7. Damarkus Lodge, Cedar Hill, Texas

  • Considering: Ole Miss, Texas A&M, LSU, USC
  • National Rank: No. 43 247Sports; No. 57 ESPN300; No. 21 Scout
  • The Skinny: Lodge is one of the most dynamic athletes in the 2015 class yet to be claimed, and although Ole Miss has lost a slew of four-star commitments in the last week Lodge reportedly has kept the Rebels atop his list. If he wound up in Oxford, he and Laquon Treadwell could form a dangerous tandem, but he did befriend a number of Texas A&M signees as well as the Under Armour game, including Kyler Murray and Christian Kirk.

8. Leo Lewis, Brookhaven, Miss.

  • Considering: LSU, Mississippi State, Ole Miss
  • National Rank: No. 63 247Sports; No. 60 ESPN300; No. 160 Scout
  • The Skinny: Lewis, the top inside linebacker in the class, decommitted from Ole Miss last weekend while visiting LSU. Baton Rouge is closer to his hometown in Mississippi than either Magnolia State program, and if he does opt to stay in state it would likely be with Mississippi State.

9. Roquan Smith, Montezuma, Ga.

  • Considering: Georgia, Michigan, UCLA, Texas A&M
  • National Rank: No. 47 247Sports; No. 29 ESPN300; No. 62 Scout
  • The Skinny: The Georgia native has been considering his home state Bulldogs for some time now, but he hasn’t pulled the trigger on a commitment just yet. He’s kept Michigan, UCLA and A&M in the running, visiting all three in the last month, but many still think he’ll wind up in Athens.

10. Drew Richmond, Memphis, Tenn.

  • Considering: Tennessee, Ole Miss, Alabama
  • National Rank: No. 55 247Sports; No. 58 ESPN300; No. 104 Scout
  • The Skinny: Richmond decommitted from Ole Miss on Monday night after a weekend visit to Tennessee, and many think the Memphis native is going to wind up with the Vols when all is said and done. He’s received support from fellow UT signees like five-star prospect Kahlil McKenzie and appeared to really enjoy his visit.
