Three-star Trey Derouen became South Carolina’s fifth offensive lineman commit of the 2015 class when he announced his decision Thursday night on Twitter:

Derouen was previously committed to Mississippi State in July before calling off his pledge five months later. He took official visits to Louisville and South Carolina this month and developed a relationship with the Gamecocks’ coaching staff, notably Shawn Elliott.
South Carolina’s 30-member class is currently ranked as the SEC’s eighth best, No. 17 overall in the country according to 247Sports.
