Junior defensive lineman Boosie Whitlow will reportedly finish his college career at a new school.
According to a report by TheBigSpur.com, Whitlow has elected to transfer. The 2015 signee played in 12 games as a freshman, including three starts, but did not see the field this past season in Will Muschamp’s first year as head coach.
As a freshman, Whitlow logged 14 tackles, including five for loss. The Opelika (Ala.) product was rated the No. 29 weak-side defensive end and No. 22 Alabama prospect in the class of 2015 by the 247Sports Composite.
Whitlow is the fourth player to transfer from the Gamecocks this offseason.
