ESPN's Kirk Herbstreit admits he was wrong about Texas A&M in 2016
It’s impossible to make perfect predictions every week.
ESPN analyst Kirk Herbstreit knows that better than anyone, having spent many years picking games on College GameDay.
Following Herbstreit’s pick of Arkansas to beat A&M on Saturday, one Aggie fan pointed out that Herbie has been picking against Texas A&M a lot this season, but it’s seemed to bring the Aggies luck:
@KirkHerbstreit Know your feeds are blowing up this a.m. Keep on picking our opponents to win. Brings us good luck. #GigEm

Herbstreit, to his credit, owned up to his A&M slights so far this season and seems to be on the Aggies’ bandwagon now:
Yeah, have no problem admitting I was wrong about A&M. Just didn't see this coming. I WAS WRONG. Spread the word. Congrats on a great start! https://t.co/i0vXKghWh6

Texas A&M (4-0) takes on South Carolina next weekend in Columbia. It’s probably safe to say Herbie will pick the Aggies to win that one.
