Butch Jones has 'concerns' about the hit on Evan Berry
Many fans and football personalities alike were furious that Cullen Gillaspia’s fumble-forcing hit on Tennessee return man Evan Berry did not get flagged for targeting.
Butch Jones has some concerns too.

Texas A&M recovered the fumble and went up 21-7 a few plays later in a game it eventually won in double overtime. But more importantly, replays appeared to show the crown of Gillaspia’s helmet hitting Berry directly in the facemask, which warrants a targeting penalty and an ejection.

The broadcast showed Jones having a heated exchange with officials following the hit, but he’ll soon get a final word on the play from the league office.
